When you contact us, please include: your ticket order number, the event name, and the email or phone number used during purchase. This helps us process your refund faster.

Common refund questions

The remaining 10% covers payment processing and administrative costs incurred before the cancellation. This ensures we can continue offering reliable service to all organizers and buyers.
Once the organizer confirms cancellation and we complete verification, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days. M-Pesa refunds may arrive faster.
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. Refunds for postponed events are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us.
